Write in your journal every day, “I am at peace with where I am.” Other good things are affirmations, prayer and word vomits. Having a sounding board is helpful.
Negative thoughts can happen.
If you're trying to build a company or build a team, this type of thinking crushes your creativity. Your past can make you scared about your present and future. You have to get a hold of it to have the energy to be successful.

These two books are great for mindset and growth for entrepreneurs.
We live in a perpetual state of being inadequate.
The ease of comparing through social media and the appearance of others. If you go to an event, you might see someone who is of the same caliber of you on stage. Don't compare and only look at the outsides.
They aren't necessarily doing better than you.
The public persona and the private persona are not always the same.
Don't be discouraged.
Just because it's not easy doesn't mean it isn't worth it. Keep going. Know that if you are having a hard day. you are not alone.
