If you sell products or services via social media it's important you understand the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC is the agency that enforces truth-in-advertising rules about selling online, and in their first update to their Endorsement Guidelines since 2010, the FTC has put social media marketers on notice that they need to comply.
