  • You can utilize information that are tied to Facebook accounts already. No need to ask the potential lead for more information. This is great because if you asked for more information, especially for cold traffic, you'll have a lower conversion rate because people don’t like to give out all their personal information to just anyone. The less information you're asking for, the greater chances you'll get the lead.
  • You can tell Facebook what information you want from people you are collecting lead information from. You can go as specific and as tailor-made for your business as you want
  • This will eliminate the need for landing pages. You will still likely need an ad that's compelling enough for people to hit the submit button. But it is made simpler because you don't have to create a lead capture page (although it is really not that difficult to create a lead capture page, just saying.) You are able to circumvent that process.
What this means for mobile…

In today’s modern technological era, it is safe to assume that most if not all ads perform better on mobile. Most people access Facebook from mobile devices now, be it their smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets. This is the very reason why you have to ensure that when you're running to a lead capture page from a mobile phone, your landing page HAS TO BE easy for the user to use and understand. The likelihood of them following through and becoming a lead goes up when you’ve done your part to make it more mobile-responsive. You'll see a higher conversion rate for sure!

One thing that has to happen…

You still have to send them somewhere that actually delivers on the promise you made in the ad. Also, you have to make sure that the ad and the lead capture page are congruent with each other.

The leads have to get from Facebook's platform into your autoresponder in order to build your list, it looks like it's going to be via an API integration which means that your autoresponder will need to create that integration. Double check before you run your ads that you can actually integrate your autoresponders. If your autoresponder hasn't come up, you still can collect leads without integration but you'll have a problem if you can't manually input your leads.
